I was born in Buenos Aires and spent the first 11 years of my life moving between Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina. In many ways, who I am today is a product of those early cultural immersions. It’s shaped how I view the world, my personal interestS and my artistic preoccupations.
In my early twenties, I studied sociology and spent the subsequent decade working across public and private sectors; from Congress, to ad agencies, non-profits and news and media organizations. Underlying all these seemingly disparate endeavours is my deep interest in identifying power structures, social disparities and illuminating the plight of women and marginalized voices.
I’ve observed firsthand how, no matter the arena–politics, arts or journalism–what moved the needle was great storytelling.
In my work as film producer and film content strategist, I try my hardest to cultivate a close working relationship that champions compelling cinema. At this juncture, I am rebuilding my producing slate deliberately, in parallel with a full-time role, which means I commit to a small slate.
I’m interested in first and second features, fiction or documentary; work that travels between languages; directors who want a producer involved in the script; projects with a European, Middle Eastern or Latin American co-production shape.
If that describes what you are making, write me.
